How do I delete my Destin.li account?
Email us at info@destin.li with your username and we will be happy to remove your account from our servers.

Can I change my Destin.li username once I have created the account?
Usernames changes are possible and subject to the availability of the desired username. To change your username contact us at info@destin.li.

How do I change my password?
Once you are logged-in to your destin.li account, click on your name and go to Account Settings. Here you can change your existing password.

How do I recover my password?
In order to recover a lost or forgotten password, follow the "Recover Password" link on the Sign In pop up.

Goals

What is the maximum date I can set to achieve a goal by?
You can set goals up to 2200 AD which is more than the lifetime of an average person. However, with advances in technology we may increase this.

Are there any limits on the goals you can set?
With Free membership you can only set one goal at a time. Premium membership allows you to create up to five (5) goals at any one time.

Are there any limits on mini goals?
You can have up to fifty (50) mini goals within anyone goal.

Can I set my own goal categories?
With Free Membership you can choose from 18 different pre-set categories. If you want to create your own category you need to upgrade to a Premium Membership.

How do I create a new goal?
With a Free membership you need to complete your current goal, by clicking on the round button at the bottom the goal panel, before you can start a new one. Premium Membership allows you to create up to five (5) goals at anyone time.

How do I create a new mini goal?
Click on Add mini-goal after you have logged into your account.

Do I have to link images to my goals?
No, you can just use text in your goals. Images help anchor the goal in a visual sense. You can always choose images from the Destin.li Pinterest page just by coping the browser image link into your goal or mini-goal.

Premium Membership Questions

What is Destin.li Premium membership?
Destin.li Premium is a paid version of Destin.li that allows you to create up to 5 goals at any one time.

How do I sign up for Destin.li Premium?
To sign up for a Destin.li Premium simply select Premium Membership from the sign up page. From there you will be directed to the PayPal payment page where you can enter your PayPal or credit card information.

How do I update my credit card information?
To update your billing information by logging into PayPal.

How do I renew my Premium membership?
You will be automatically billed each month. To cancel your membership or update billing log into your PayPal account.

What is Destin.li Coach Membership?
Destin.li Coach is a paid version of Destin.li that allows life, business and motivational coaches the opportunity to set, manage and view their client’s goal timelines. Clients can set a free membership and then by typing in their Username coaches can access their details..

How do I sign up for Destin.li Coach?
To sign up for a Destin.li Coach simply select Coach Membership from the sign up page. From there you will be directed to the PayPal payment page where you can enter your PayPal or credit card information.

How do I update my credit card information?
To update your billing information by logging into PayPal.

How do I renew my Coach Membership?
You will be automatically billed each month. To cancel your membership or update billing log into your PayPal account.

Can I have my own branding on my Coach Page?
Yes, Coach Membership is Ad Free, just send your logo or branding to dreams@destin.li and we’ll upload it to your page.

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Refunds for service are available up to 30 days from subscription date. Notification for instance, in person, via email or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
